I have always been a health conscious person. However, my passion for Ayurveda & Yoga came rather by chance on a fascinating journey through Bali, Sri Lanka and India. To my great fortune, ancient traditions found me when I needed them the most. Yoga and Meditation helped me to connect with myself again. A traditional Panchakarma treatment freed me in a natural way from back pain. For the first time in years I realized who I was before I entered today’s fast-paced working environment. I experienced an incredible feeling of joy and I wished it would stay forever. I wanted to take this positive energy back home.
Thankfully, I was brave enough to change few things for the better. I reduced working hours, kicked off my start up AYOUGA and gathered further practical and theoretical experience in the fields of Yoga and Ayurveda. I became a Certified 200+ Vinyasa Yoga Teacher at the Patrick Broome Yoga Academy, I joined a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga teacher training led by Heike Gross and developed my skills as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach. My dream? Share all my knowledge about the Ayurvedic lifestyle, provide you inspiration for a healthy routine, flow with you through consciously guided Yoga classes and thereby, bring health and happiness into your daily life.

„You can’t buy happiness, but we can have an inspiring time together enjoying healthy and delicious Ayurvedic food or flowing through a dancing-like Vinyasa Class.“
Ayurveda & Yoga are two closely related sister sciences rooted in the Vedic tradition of India.
Ayurveda & Yoga together form a holistic approach to equally balance body, mind and spirit. In our speed addicted modern society, where we are constantly busy with endless To-Do lists, balance becomes increasingly important and Yoga enjoys growing popularity. With the rapid spread of Yoga in Western society, also the health benefits of Ayurveda attract more and more attention. Ayurveda is meant for physical and mental healing through nutrition, cleansing therapy, massage, and herbal medicine.
Yoga ideally complements Ayurveda as it is meant for meaningful engagement with ourselves, others, and the world around us through asanas (physical postures), meditation, mantras, pranayama (breathing exercises) and ethical disciplines, providing the key to spiritual enlightenment.
Through the combination of Ayurveda & Yoga, my vision is to encourage you to fall in love with this beautiful journey called life.
